What IS Art4time all about? Art4time is a division of KiniArt.com for watches (and gradually more wall clocks) that feature the art of Kim Niles. Your watch is created exactly the way YOU want!   Do your watches come in smaller sizes? The default size on all our watches is the mens/plus size as the (1.42") face better showcases Kim's artwork and the (8.25") bands fit both large and small wrists. The ladies/kids size CAN be ordered instead if preferred. Ladies/Kids casing measures 1.10"/28mm and the band is 7" from end to end. If you'd like the ladies size, just specify in the "Additional Details" section of your shopping cart.   Who makes your watches? Art4time watches are created per order by a company in France that has been specializing in custom watches since 1998, with more than 100,000 fully customized watches sold. Your watch is custom built JUST for you after your payment clears.   Do you ship to Non-US Countries? Yes, we ship worldwide, however we have the manufacturing company ship to us first to make sure the watch meets with our personal approval before forwarding it on to you - even if you reside in the same country as the manufacturer. For correct global shipping cost, select CAN (Canada) or INT (International) in the shopping cart and scroll down to click the "Recalculate" key before selecting your payment method.   What is the quality of your watches? Our watches are of excellent quality. They are made with Swiss technology movement. The bands are made from genuine leather or metal. Casing backside is made of stainless steel and is engraved with Kim's copyright note.   Are they waterproof? According to the manufacturer, they are waterproof. Some customers even wear them in the shower without problem. There has been one case, however, where a watch worn in the shower stopped working so we don't personally recommend doing so.   Do your watches come with any sort of guarantee? Yes, each watch is automatically covered with a 1-YEAR guarantee from the manufacturing company.   How are your watches packaged? Your watch will come in an attractive gift package; (i.e., a luxurious velvet envelope, a sleek hard plastic case, or a fun tin case, etc.). Packaging is chosen at the discretion of the manufacturer.   How long will it take to get my watch? If you are ordering one of our existing face designs, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the time your payment clears. If you're ordering a custom petcature design, it will depend upon openings in Kim's custom art schedule.   Can you add custom text to my watch? Yes, we can include a few custom words on the face of your watch as long as your design choice is either light or dark enough for the text to be seen. Just provide the details along with your case and band choice in the "Additional Details" area of your shopping cart.   Do you offer discounts on multiple, wholesale bulk, or group orders?
